“My child has experienced remarkable growth at Sylva School, both academically and as an individual. What truly sets this school apart is how the teachers have supported my child through difficult moments while also taking the time to guide me as a parent. They’ve taught me concrete ways to support my child during challenging milestones, turning what could have been stressful situations into opportunities for real progress. I’m grateful for this partnership between school and home that has made such a difference in my child’s development.”

The Problem //

A 6-hour school day wasn't designed for learning.

It was designed for managing.

Learning isn’t linear.

Teachers aren’t empowered to individualize each child’s needs

School isn’t built for every child

  • Bright kids get bored

  • Curious kids get standardized

  • Independent thinkers get managed

In most classrooms, students learn to wait, not to think

The Solution //

At Sylva School, academic learning isn't stretched to fill a day. It's refined to fit a child.

Your child gets to embrace their wild by inventing games, building communities, climbing trees, and learning to take risks, all in mixed‑age groups, meaning every child gets to be both learner and leader. We have built an experiential curriculum guided by our adaptive learning platform, child-led unstructured play, and expert teachers.
